Dr Yaser Gholami Receives Beryl & Jack Jacobs Travel Award

Sydney Vital member Dr Yaser Gholami has received a Bery l& Jack Jacobs Travel Award from the Kolling Institute.

The award has enabled Dr Gholami to travel to the Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) as a visiting scholar and to further enhance the existing collaboration on developing a novel theranostic radio-immuno-nanoplatform for multimodal imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy of cancer.

Open to members of the Kolling Institute based at Royal North Shore Hospital in the Northern Sydney Local Health District, the Beryl & Jack Jacobs Travel Award aims at supporting attendance at national or international scientific conferences and activities and facilitating the establishment of national and international research collaboration.

Sydney Vital would like to congratulate Dr Gholami and is looking forward to the outcome after the visit.
